Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Providing 1-1.5 level support to users contacting Service Desk

2. Adherence to defined procedures as documented in Knowledge Management database

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Identify improvements to ways of working

5. Possess demonstrable knowledge of modern IT workplace applications

6. Self-initiative and passion to provide great customer service within defined guidelines

7. Previous experience of Service Desk

8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively on your own and in a team environment

9. Experience of using appropriate IT technology, methods, principles and equipment such as: • Office 365 • Microsoft Office products • Citrix • Win8 / Win10 • Mitel Telephony Systems • Active Directory • MS SharePoint • ServiceNow

Work Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience

Educational Requirements:

  • BE, B.Tech

Preferred Skills:

  • Tech Support-L2-L1 + Escalation Handling,  Enterprise Support Services, SAP L2 Technical Support
